1. What We Collect

We collect your phone number, email address (via Clerk account creation), and subscription status. We do not collect browsing behavior, location data, or third-party tracking identifiers.

2. How We Use It

Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver SMS reports and alerts. Your email is used for account management and billing notifications. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Clerk for authentication (phone and email storage) and Stripe for payment processing. Twilio delivers SMS messages. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Upon account deletion, your phone number and email are removed from our systems within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

5. Security

Phone numbers and account credentials are stored via Clerk's secure infrastructure. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
