1. Service Description

Live Wire delivers intelligence briefings via SMS. Paid subscribers receive Live Wire reports. NFAS (National Flash Alert System) subscribers receive FLASH-precedence alerts at no charge.

2. Subscription and Billing

The Live Wire subscription is billed at $5.00 per month. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. SMS Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive SMS messages from Live Wire at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

4. Accuracy and Liability

Live Wire synthesizes information from open-source signals. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of reports. Information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or operational advice. Use at your own discretion.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or republish Live Wire content without written permission. Automated access to the service is prohibited.
